Return & Exchange Policy
お客様都合での返品は受け付けておりません。ご了承くださいませ。
■商品に問題があった場合
万が一お届けした商品が不良品、もしくはご注文商品とは異なる場合、お受取り後7日以内であればご要望に応じて、早急に返品または交換対応させて頂きます。
ただし下記の商品については返品、交換をお受けすることができませんので、ご注意ください。

お客様にて、傷や汚れが発生した場合

郵送時の箱がない場合

商品ページに返品できない旨を記載している商品の場合
・返品にかかる全ての送料は弊社が負担させていただきます。
・返金は、商品が弊社に到着・状態確認後、5営業日以内にお支払いいたします。
